1) Trivia Night - Saturday, May 18th

There are 22 Tables available for Trivia Night. You can buy 10 tickets to fill a table, buy just the number of tickets you need or buy a ticket as a donation if you are unable to attend.

All tickets are entered into a drawing for a prize!

2) Team Dinners - Held weekly the day before a game!

These team dinners are a tradition at Bedford High School, the team looks forward to their meal together before each game. With the help of all parents we can keep this tradition going for the players and coaches!

We ask that each meal be enough to feed approx. 12 people and to be cut in small buffet sized portions. Some suggestions are: meatballs, chicken cutlets, pasta dishes, sausages, peppers and onions, calzones, and pizza. Really anything your son likes to eat is a safe bet the other boys will too. Bread/rolls/salad are always a plus and desserts are welcome too.
Please let us know if any player has any food allergies we should be aware of!

Drinks, (water and gatorade) are generously provided by the Bedford Football Club, and we have a parent volunteer to get the drinks put on ice each week for us.

Please have all meals delivered to the back cafeteria of the High School by 4:15. (last entrance before the football field in the front of the school). All meals should be hot/warm and ready to serve (there is no kitchen access).
Parents that are staying, should arrive at 4:00 to help set up and plan to be there until 5:30 at the latest. We kindly request 4 parents per dinner, Ann or Sue will be there, making the total 5 unless otherwise stated.

Last season many parents who work or were unable to drop off a meal and attend the dinners ordered party trays from Cafe' Luigi, Firebox or LaCascia's in Burlington. It was a huge success! The kids loved the food
and it was a great way for more families to help volunteer. If you need a prepaid order picked up, please just give us some notice and we will try to accommodate. Websites for your convenience.....

Pizza Express on Loomis St has agreed to have 10 pizza’s ready for pickup at 4pm on each team dinner night for $80 including tax. You do not have to call ahead as the order has already been placed. Sharing families please decide how you will arrange for payment and pickup.

The police sponsored dinner is November 1st - our thanks to the Bedford Police Department for their generosity.

3) Bedford Day - Held in September
Claudia Fox Tree is the coordinator of this fund raising & informational event to support the Bedford Football Club.
Please sign up for a slot to: Help setup, to stay at the table and share information with passersby & sell various merchandise (string bags, sweat shirts, etc) and or to come help breakdown the setup

4) Program and Merchandise Sales at Home Games -
WE NEED HELP FROM FRESHMAN AND SOPHOMORE DADS AND MOMS!!
Instructions: Please arrive 40 minutes prior to game time. All merchandise and programs will be there. Sell programs and merchandise through half time. Assist with breakdown of sales area.
